Oligonucleotides
Minimum guaranteed yields
We deliver custom modified and non modified oligonucleotides, probes, RNAi in various quantities ranging from milligrams to grams.
Synthesis scale vs Guaranteed yield
The synthesis scale refers to the amount of raw material used to start the synthesis of oligonucleotides.
The yield corresponds to the amount of final product recovered at the end of the synthesis and purification processes.
Which factors do influence the oligo production yield?
- The oligonucleotides length
- The presence of one or multiple modifications
- The nature of the modifications
- The coupling method and efficiency
- The purification method
Post-synthesis modifications may have a significant impact on the production yield
Please be aware that post-synthesis modifications may yield 50% less than the stated values.
