PCR Mixes
Ready-to-use mixes
To gain time, prevent contamination risk by multiple pipettings and increase reproducibility of your PCR reactions, we recommend the use of a ready-to-use PCR Mix. 2 x concentrated PCR mixes are convenient premixed solutions that include in a single tube:
- Taq ® polymerase
- MgCl2
- Buffer
- dNTPs
Simply dilute twice the PCR mix with template, primers and water to start your reaction.
RT-PCR
Reverse transcriptase can be done in a One-Step or a Two-Step approach
One-Step approach
- RT and PCR in a same tube
- Less contamination risks
- Less manipulation
Two-Step approach
- RT and PCR in separate tubes
- Ideal for rare sample or multiple targets
- Core kit including dNTPs
