Oregon Green®488 Fluorescent Dye exhibits a bright Green Fluorescent signal. This Fluorophore is a fluorinated analog to fluorescein and has a high extinction coefficient and fluorescence quantum yield. Oregon Green®488 is insensitive to pH in physiological pH range.
