Operational Excellence Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence who will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, implementing OE methodologies, and ensuring adherence to best practices by all.
Responsibilities:
•Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
•Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
•Performance Monitoring: Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, making adjustments as needed.
•Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and improvement methodologies.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards.
•Change Management: Facilitate change management in leading and supporting operational and company-wide initiatives.
•Collaboration: Work closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive the design and implementation of new business processe
Profile:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
•Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational roles or continuous improvement positions, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
•Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations
•Proficiency in English and good understanding of French
•Significant experience in an international environment and within a CDMO is a major asset
