Master Data Administrator

Your responsibilities:

The Master Data Administrator at Eurogentec plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of all master data across the organization. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of business operations, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing overall data management practices.

-Ensure accurate and efficient master data management across systems holding customer and article level data.
-Participate and contribute to the processes and projects developed in the Business Support department.
-Respect the processes and develop / challenge these to increase the work efficiency.
-Use the software/tools, best practice and data sharing.

The main priority for the Master Data Administrator is to manage and harmonize data from multiple sources while ensuring compliance with organization standards and regulatory requirements. The Master Data Administrator will be part of the Business Support Team, which also includes a Data Analyst & CRM Specialist and a Customer Excellence Manager.

-Ensure most efficient and lean administration to capture and produce the optimal Life Science & Eurogentec data
-Balance between tools complexity, data volumes, contact with stakeholders
-Ensure understanding between the different dimensions of the EGT organization and the synergies data
-Ensure data integrity and consistency of reporting
-Focus on data management with project support, process improvement

Main assignments
-Ensure a good collaboration with the internal (mainly Business Support, Marketing, IT and Product Manager) and external stakeholders
-Involved in the creation and the development of the process .
-Define business requirements on Life Science data capturing and advise on softwares
-Ensure data integrity and data consistency. Managed the data which has an added value for the department.
-Manage the different types of requests received from our stakeholders.

-Agility: Leadtime for the creation of clients and articles are respected
-Support the Business Unit Life Sciences (& Marketing) by managing the data to enable them to take the right decision.
-On-time data maintenance, data reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
-First time right to avoid the administration workload and delay.
-All system enhancements or updates for tools holding master data are implemented.

Your profile:

-Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, economics.
-First experience in data management & administration is preferable.
-Experience and knowledge with SAP (MM and SD) is as plus.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

Your aptitudes:

-Strong in working in teams, team player but also flexible.
-Finding a balance between efficiency, details and accuracy.
-Analytic, accurate, synthetic.
-Fluency in both French and English.
-Working with a process / project approach.
-Like interaction and have good communication skills.
-Can translate data / figures into a comprehensible format for the final user and/or client.
-Interested in the Biotechnology sector.
