Takyon™ Core Kits for qPCR Probe assays containing no ROX passive reference are available in 1250 (20 µL) RXNs format. Takyon™ Kits deliver FAST, SENSITIVE and ACCURATE results in FAST & Regular Cycling conditions
Core kits contain components in separated vials to allow maximum flexibility in assay formulation as the concentration of the different components can be optimized to get the best possible results.

For carry-over prevention, use dUTP/UNG additive included in the kits

Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Each kit contains: 2 Tubes (1.5 mL) of 10x Buffer (black cap) containing KCl and Tris-HCl, Stabilizers, 2 Tubes (1.5 mL) of 50 mM MgCl2 (clear cap; optional use) 1 Tube (1.25 mL) of 5 mM dNTPs (green cap) containing a blend of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP 1 Tube (125 µL) of Takyon™ enzyme (5 U/µL) (yellow cap) 1 Tube (330 µL) of dUTP and Uracyl N-glycosylase blend for carryover prevention

  • For long term storage the Takyon™ No Rox Probe Core Kit dTTP should be stored at a temperature between -15 °C and -25°C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions, the components are stable for 24 months. For short term storage the Takyon™ No Rox Probe Core Kit dTTP can be stored at 4 °C for 6 months.
