HiLyte™ Fluor 647-streptavidin conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised streptavidin function. HiLyte™ Fluor 647 is a near infrared flurophore with brighter fluorescence and better photostability than Cy®5.The fluorescence of HiLyte™ Fluor 647 conjugate is slightly red-shifted as compared to those of Cy®5 dyes, resulting in an optimal match to filters designed forCy®5. The fluorescence of HiLyte™ Fluor 647 can be observed at excitation/emission wavelength of 649 nm/674 nm.
