CyLyte Fluor 3 NHS ester dye has the same organic dye structure as that of Cy®3 NHS ester dye. However, the counter-ion used in the final formulation of AnaSpec’s CyLyte Fluor 3 NHS ester dye does vary compared to the Cy®3 NHS ester dye. The CyLyte Fluor 3 NHS ester is a reactive dye suitable for the labeling of amino-groups in biomolecules including soluble proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides/DNA. [Cy®3 is a registered trademark of GE Healthcare]. Abs/Em= 550/564 nm; ε= 150,000 M-1cm-1 in PBS buffer (pH7.4)
