Marina Blue® Fluorescent Dye is a derivative from the methylcoumarin and exhibits a bright Blue Fluorescent signal which is detected with DAPI optical filters. Marina Blue® emits a strong fluorescent signal at pH 7 when excited at ~365 nm. is a blue fluorescent dye.

  • - Spin the tube briefly to collect the pellet in the bottom of the tube - Add an appropriate volume of recommended buffer (refer to technical data sheet) - Allow the tube to stand a few minutes - Vortex the tube for 15 seconds
