The Black Hole Quencher™ (BHQ™) family counts four BHQ™ Quenchers: BHQ-0™, BHQ-1™, BHQ-2™, BHQ-3™. They exhibit no native fluorescence and quench all common fluorophores from 430 nm to 730 nm. The BHQ™ family works efficiently as dark quenchers over the entire visible spectrum and near IR.

  • - Spin the tube briefly to collect the pellet in the bottom of the tube - Add an appropriate volume of recommended buffer (refer to technical data sheet) - Allow the tube to stand a few minutes - Vortex the tube for 15 seconds
